With the success of that other 3D movie featuring blue creatures, Avatar another 3D movie finally seems to be on track to be unleashed this year. Columbia Pictures is fasttracking and securing a top notch cast for many’s childhood favorite: The Smurfs.

Instead of going for a classic 3D animation movie, the Smurfs 3D will be an interesting animated-live action mix, featuring the Smurfs in 3D and live action stars. May 7th, the second installment of this high paced action movie will be released with a spectacular Robert Downey Jr. reprising the epic role of Tony Stark.
One month before the boxoffice release, gaming house SEGA will unleash the Iron Man 2 game on every console format available: Playstation 3, PSP, Wii, Nindendo dsi and Xbox 360.
